    TERMS AND CONDITIONS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY (“Agreement”)

    By registering for and/or participating in the FUN PIPE event, organized by mtnpool.com and Ästhetiker e.V., the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions.

    If the participant is under eighteen (18) years of age, a parent or legal guardian confirms acceptance of these terms on their behalf.

    1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION AND RISK

    Participation in the FUN PIPE event constitutes a hazardous activity involving inherent risks, including but not limited to serious bodily injury or death.
    By proceeding with registration or participation, the participant acknowledges and accepts all known and unknown risks.

    2. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

    The participant confirms that they:

    • are aware of their own abilities and limits,
    • will inspect the course/site before participation,
    • will act responsibly and follow all safety instructions.

    3. WAIVER OF CLAIMS

    By accepting these Terms, the participant waives any and all claims against mtnpool.com and Ästhetiker e.V., as well as their officers, employees, agents, sponsors, partners, affiliates, contractors, and volunteers.

    This waiver applies to any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in the event, including cases of negligence to the extent permitted by law.

    4. RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS

    The participant agrees to release and hold harmless mtnpool.com and Ästhetiker e.V., and all associated parties from any liability connected to participation in the event.

    5. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Austria.
    Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to Austrian courts.

    6. MEDIA CONSENT

    By participating, the participant agrees that photos and videos taken during the event may be used by mtnpool.com, Ästhetiker e.V., and their sponsors for promotional purposes across media, publications, and online platforms without time limitation.

    7. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

    By clicking “I agree”, registering, or participating in the FUN PIPE event, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
    These Terms are legally binding and apply to the participant and, where applicable, their legal guardians, heirs, and representatives.
